Best part is you can see several different projects to create with Close To My Heart’s Deck the Palms collection. When you land back here, you are done and it’s time to hit the scrapbook room for some crafting fun.
Make Christmas a rainbow of colour
This layout is one of 3 created for my Stencils Paper Picnic. It was so much fun using the bright Distress Oxides with the Deck the Palms papers & stickers.
Stencil the background first, overlapping colours so they blend and make new colours. I used the concentric dots stencil from Pack 2 by Close To My Heart.
The paper portion is super quick to assemble following pattern 16 in Make It From Your Heart Vol 3. The embossed cardstock adds a subtle lift and that palm frond paper is my absolute favourite in the pack.
Dress your page up with paper candy.
Use the circle thin cuts and Deck the Palms Christmas stickers to create two candies at either end of the rainbows.
Swap to the tropical stickers if your photos have nothing to do with Christmas.
Make room for extra photos
Adding a pocket plus protector to the centre of the layout makes room for 5 extra photos, bringing the total on the layout to 11.
Order your supplies
The Deck the Palms collection is available, while stocks last, until the end of December, 2021. Choose papers, stickers, co-ordinating cardstock, acrylic shapes, PML Cards and 2 stamp/thin cut sets and two beautiful card background thin cuts. There is also a card workshop kit and a scrapbooking workshop kit.

I love all the different elements of this layout, the stitched circles, stickers and the lovely embossed cardstock. I've not tried any of the stencils yet, that's next on my list.
Wow that stencil background just makes it pop! Love the clusters that are at the star/end of that rainbow of colour. And the pocket plus pages are a fab bonus.
Love the background. Looks fabulous.
